We are North America's largest provider of deathcare products and services. As of December 31, 2025, we operated 1,485 funeral service locations and 500 cemeteries, including 312 locations that combine both funeral services and cemeteries. These operations are spread across 44 states, eight Canadian provinces, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Our well-known brands include Dignity Memorial®, North America's first transcontinental deathcare brand, as well as Dignity Planning™, National Cremation Society®, Advantage® Funeral and Cremation Services, Funeraria del Angel™, Making Everlasting Memories®, Neptune Society™, and Trident Society™. Our services encompass funeral service locations, cemeteries, combination locations, crematoria, and other related businesses, allowing us to meet diverse customer needs. We sell cemetery property and funeral and cemetery merchandise and services both at the time of need and in advance. As of December 31, 2025, we employed 17,869 full-time individuals and 7,318 part-time individuals. Of the full-time associates, 16,556 worked in funeral and cemetery operations, and 1,313 were in corporate roles. Approximately 2.2% of our associates are represented by unions.
