Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida is a financial holding company incorporated in Florida in 1983. Its main subsidiary is Seacoast National Bank, a wholly-owned national banking association chartered in 1926. As of December 31, 2025, Seacoast had total consolidated assets of $20.8 billion, total deposits of $16.3 billion, total consolidated liabilities, including deposits, of $17.8 billion, consolidated convertible preferred stock of $0.3 billion, and consolidated shareholders' equity of $2.7 billion. Seacoast Bank is one of the largest banks headquartered in Florida and is expanding its presence in the state's fastest-growing markets. The company provides integrated financial services including commercial and consumer banking, wealth management, mortgage, and insurance services. These services are delivered through mobile and online banking solutions, and through Seacoast Bank's network of 104 full-service branches. Seacoast also manages investments and foreclosed properties through wholly-owned subsidiaries. One of these subsidiaries gives Seacoast Bank a controlling interest in a REIT, with unrelated investors holding a non-controlling interest in the REIT's preferred stock. Seacoast Bank offers brokerage and annuity services through an affiliation with LPL Financial, a third-party broker/dealer. Nature Coast Insurance, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary, helps the company provide customers with various insurance products. The company also operates seven trusts that issue trust preferred securities.
