Ryerson & Son, Inc. and other U.S. subsidiaries, in Canada through Ryerson Canada, Inc., and in Mexico through Ryerson Metals de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. Additionally, Ryerson conducts metal processing and distribution operations in China through Ryerson China Limited. As of December 31, 2025, Ryerson is one of the largest value-add processors and distributors of industrial metals in North America, measured by sales. The company has approximately 4,300 employees across 103 facilities in North America and three facilities in China. This network serves approximately 40,000 customers across various manufacturing end-markets, ranging from local fabricators to large international original equipment manufacturers. Ryerson offers a full line of approximately 75,000 products, including stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and alloy steels, along with a limited line of nickel and red metals in various shapes and forms. In addition to metal products, Ryerson provides numerous value-added processing and fabrication services, with nearly 80% of products sold being processed to meet specific customer requirements. As of December 31, 2025, affiliates of Platinum Equity, LLC own approximately 3,924,478 shares of Ryerson Holding's common stock, representing approximately 12.2% of the issued and outstanding common stock.
