We are one of the world's largest quick service restaurant (QSR) companies with nearly $47 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 33,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories as of December 31, 2025. Over 95% of system-wide restaurants are franchised. The remaining Company restaurants, primarily acquired through the Carrols Acquisition, are largely planned for refranchising. Some Company restaurants also serve as test locations and for operational talent development. We own and franchise four brands: Tim Hortons®, Burger King®, Popeyes®, and Firehouse Subs®. These brands have complementary daypart mixes and product platforms. Tim Hortons®, founded in 1964, is one of the largest coffee and baked goods restaurant chains in North America and the largest in Canada by total restaurants. It offers hot and cold specialty beverages, breakfast, lunch, and dinner items including sandwiches, wraps, and flatbread pizzas. Burger King®, founded in 1954, is the world's second largest quick service hamburger restaurant chain by total restaurants, known as the Home of the Whopper®. It features flame-grilled hamburgers, chicken, and other specialty sandwiches. Popeyes®, founded in 1972, is the world's second largest quick service chicken concept by total restaurants, offering a "Louisiana" style menu with fried bone-in chicken, chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, wings, and regional items. Firehouse Subs®, founded in 1994, is a leading player in the North American sandwich category, providing hot subs with steamed meats and cheese, chili, soups, and other sides.
