The company was founded as Richtech Creative Displays LLC in Nevada in July 2016 and converted to Richtech Robotics Inc., a Nevada corporation, in June 2022. Richtech completed its initial public offering on November 21, 2023, with shares of its Class B common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, beginning to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market on November 17, 2023, under the symbol "RR." In June 2024, the company established Alphamax Management LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, to provide business management and operational services to clients, helping them integrate ADAM robots into their workflow. On May 1, 2025, Richtech established Richtech Holdings LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, to hold and manage real estate assets acquired by the company.
