Rithm Property Trust Inc.

Rithm Property Trust, a Maryland corporation, is an externally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) that focuses on investments in the commercial real estate (CRE) sector. Formed on January 30, 2014, and capitalized on March 28, 2014, the company completed a strategic transaction with Rithm on June 11, 2024.
