RenovoRx is a life sciences company that develops targeted oncology therapies and commercializes RenovoCath, a local drug-delivery device. The company's mission is to improve the lives of cancer patients by providing innovative solutions for targeted delivery of therapeutic agents. RenovoRx's patented Trans-Arterial Micro-Perfusion (TAMP™) therapy platform, which uses RenovoCath, is designed for targeted therapeutic delivery across the arterial wall near the tumor site (intra-arterial, or IA delivery). This approach aims to bathe the target tumor while potentially minimizing toxicities compared to systemic intravenous therapy, offering increased safety, tolerance, and improved efficacy. RenovoCath is cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for temporary vessel occlusion in applications such as arteriography, preoperative occlusion, and chemotherapeutic drug infusion. RenovoRx is actively commercializing the TAMP therapy platform and RenovoCath as a stand-alone device within its FDA-cleared fields of use in the United States. The company received its first commercial purchase orders for RenovoCath devices in December 2024. For the year ended December 31, 2025, RenovoRx generated an aggregate of $1.1 million in revenue from RenovoCath sales. These sales came from U.S. cancer centers that placed repeat orders and new institutions, including several high-volume National Cancer Institute-designated centers. In February 2026, 12 U.S. cancer centers were utilizing RenovoCath, and 21 additional centers were evaluating the device, had completed evaluation, or were preparing for activation. As of the date of this Report, a total of 33 centers have requested access to RenovoCath.
