Range Impact, Inc. was incorporated in Nevada on June 29, 2007. The company has operated under various names, including Legend Mining Inc., Stevia First Corp., Vitality Biopharma, Inc., and Malachite Innovations, Inc., before adopting its current name in December 2023. In May 2022, the company expanded its environmental services by acquiring Range Environmental Resources, Inc. and Range Natural Resources, Inc. It further acquired Collins Building & Contracting, Inc. in August 2023, though substantially all of Collins Building's assets were sold in August 2024, followed by a complete divestment in December 2025. Graphium Biosciences, Inc. was divested in September 2024. Since March 2025, Range Impact operates under two segments: Range Land and Range Services. The company focuses on developing long-term solutions to environmental, social, and health challenges by acquiring, reclaiming, and repurposing mine sites and other undervalued land in economically disadvantaged communities, specifically targeting the Appalachian region of the United States.
