Ranger Gold Corp. was incorporated on May 11, 2007, in Nevada, initially as Fenario, Inc. The company was formed to develop and license proprietary software solutions for healthcare providers, healthcare professionals, and health insurance companies. However, it did not conduct substantive operations in this sector. In 2009, the company's focus shifted to mining activities. From 2009 to 2013, Ranger Gold Corp. acquired rights to mining properties located in the western United States but did not engage in any mining operations. The company ceased filing reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 after its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2013. On December 26, 2018, the company filed a Certificate of Reinstatement with the State of Nevada. On January 8, 2019, Bryan Glass was appointed as custodian, and subsequently, on January 14, 2019, he was appointed interim director, President, Secretary, and Treasurer, receiving 200,000,000 shares of stock valued at $20,000 for services. Mr. Glass was elected as the sole director on February 7, 2019. On October 12, 2019, the company terminated the registration of its common stock with the SEC. In August 2022, the company's registration statement on Form 10 became effective under the Exchange Act.
