Ranger Gold Corp. was incorporated on May 11, 2007, in Nevada, initially as Fenario, Inc., to develop and license proprietary software solutions for healthcare providers, professionals, and health insurance companies. The company did not conduct substantive operations in this sector. In 2009, the company's focus shifted to mining activities. From 2009 to 2013, it acquired rights to mining properties in the western United States but did not engage in mining operations. The company ceased filing reports under the Exchange Act after its Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2013. On December 26, 2018, the company was reinstated in Nevada. On January 8, 2019, Bryan Glass was appointed custodian by the Eight Judicial District Court of Nevada.
