Its head office is located at 1130 West Pender Street, Suite 820, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6E 4A4, and its registered office is at 550 Burrard Street, Suite 2501, Vancouver, British Columbia V6C 2B5. The mailing address is 278 Bay Street, Suite 102, Thunder Bay, Ontario, P7B 1R8. On February 10, 2021, the company changed its corporate jurisdiction from Nevada to British Columbia. Following this, the authorized capital was amended to an unlimited number of common shares without par value. On November 18, 2021, the company became a reporting issuer in British Columbia, and subsequently in Ontario. Its common shares began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the symbol "RMES" on November 25, 2021. The common shares also trade on the OTC Pink marketplace under the symbol "RMESF". On August 21, 2007, the company formed Minera Polymet Limitada ("Polymet") as a limited liability company in the Republic of Chile. On September 28, 2015, Polymet's incorporation was changed from a Limited Liability Company to a Closed Stock Corporation ("SpA").
