Regional Finance is a diversified consumer finance company that provides installment loan products primarily to customers with limited access to consumer credit from traditional lenders. As of December 31, 2025, the company operated online and in branch locations in 19 states across the United States, serving 590,800 active accounts. Most loan products are secured, structured on a fixed-rate, fixed-term basis with fully amortizing equal monthly installment payments, and are repayable at any time without penalty. Small installment loans offer cash proceeds from $500 to $2,500, with terms of up to 48 months.
