We are a vertically integrated digital infrastructure company that develops and optimizes large-scale power assets. Our business focuses on improving electrical infrastructure and using it for two platforms: Bitcoin Mining and scalable data center solutions for non-mining workloads. We aim to use our energy portfolio, engineering skills, and operational presence to benefit from bitcoin's potential and the growing demand for power-intensive computing. We operate in two reportable business segments: Bitcoin Mining and Engineering. We own and manage multiple large-scale data center facilities in Texas and Kentucky. These facilities currently provide power and infrastructure for our Bitcoin Mining operations and are expected to support diversified data center tenants over time. Our Rockdale, Texas facility has 700 megawatts ("MW") of developed capacity for data center workloads and is considered one of North America's largest Bitcoin Mining facilities by developed capacity. Our Corsicana, Texas facility currently has 400 MW of developed capacity and is expected to reach approximately one gigawatt ("GW") of developed capacity upon completion. In 2024, we acquired Block Mining, Inc., a Kentucky-based vertically-integrated bitcoin miner. Block Mining includes two operational sites in Kentucky, with the Kentucky Facility currently having approximately 137 MW of developed capacity. We are targeting the Kentucky Facility to reach approximately 232 MW by the end of 2026. In 2025, we began developing and monetizing parts of our existing facilities and power pipeline by offering data center leasing services.
