Riley Financial, Inc. effective January 1, 2026, is a diversified holding company with a platform of businesses including financial services, telecom, retail, and investments. The company's core financial services platform provides small cap and middle market companies with customized end-to-end solutions. Its complementary banking business offers services in capital markets, sales, trading, research, merchant banking, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and restructuring. The complementary wealth management business provides wealth management and financial planning services, including brokerage, investment management, insurance, and tax preparation. BRCGH's telecom businesses offer consumer and business services such as traditional, mobile, and cloud phone services, internet and data, security, and email. Its consumer products and retail companies provide mobile computing accessories and home furnishings. Through its investment business, BRCGH deploys capital both within and outside its core financial services business to generate shareholder value through opportunistic investments. The company invests in and acquires companies or assets with attractive risk-adjusted returns, focusing on operational improvements to maximize free cash flow. Starting in 2024 and continuing through 2025, BRCGH has focused on reducing its indebtedness, utilizing operating cash flow, normal course realization of investments, and net proceeds from strategic asset dispositions or other monetization transactions. The company reduced its total outstanding indebtedness from $1.8 billion at December 31, 2024, to $1.4 billion at December 31, 2025.
