Through its investment business, BRCGH deploys capital both within and outside its core financial services business to generate shareholder value through opportunistic investments. The company invests in and acquires companies or assets with attractive risk-adjusted returns, focusing on operational improvements to maximize free cash flow. Starting in 2024 and continuing through 2025, BRCGH has focused on reducing its indebtedness, utilizing operating cash flow, normal course realization of investments, and net proceeds from strategic asset dispositions or other monetization transactions. The company reduced its total outstanding indebtedness from $1.8 billion at December 31, 2024, to $1.4 billion at December 31, 2025.
