(combined "Waycare"), Southern Traffic Services, Inc. ("STS"), and All Traffic Data Services, LLC ("ATD"). Rekor also has a separate subsidiary, Rekor Labs LLC. ("Rekor Labs"), which is commercializing a patent-pending technology for verifying the authenticity of video data. This technology, developed for public safety customers, is being pursued as a separate venture due to its broad applicability.
