The company's name changed from Qurate Retail, Inc. to QVC Group, Inc. on February 21, 2025, following Board of Directors approval during the year ended December 31, 2025. On September 23, 2011, QVC Group completed the split-off of Liberty Media Corporation (LMC), after which both companies operate as separately publicly traded entities without stock ownership in each other. QVC Group has agreements with LMC, including a reorganization agreement with cross-indemnities and a services agreement for general and administrative support, which was amended in December 2019.
