We develop programmable logic semiconductor technologies, including embedded Field Programmable Gate Array ("eFPGA") intellectual property ("IP") and specialized FPGA devices. Our technologies allow customers to integrate programmable logic into custom semiconductor devices or use standalone programmable devices for system control, hardware acceleration, and other configurable functions. As a fabless semiconductor company, our main offerings are eFPGA IP licensing, discrete FPGA devices, and related development tools and software. Semiconductor companies license our eFPGA IP to add programmable logic blocks into their application-specific integrated circuits ("ASICs") and system-on-chip ("SoC") devices. Our discrete FPGA devices help customers implement custom hardware functionality in applications needing flexibility, low power consumption, and long product life cycles. Our programmable logic technologies serve markets such as aerospace and defense, industrial and infrastructure systems, data processing and computing platforms, and certain embedded and edge computing applications. We also support government initiatives focused on trusted microelectronics and radiation-tolerant programmable logic for aerospace, defense, and other mission-critical systems. Our current product offerings include eFPGA IP licensing and associated professional services for eFPGA technology development and integration, as well as FPGA silicon products like EOS™, ArcticLink® III, PolarPro®3, PolarPro II, PolarPro®, and Eclipse II. Our mature products include FPGA families such as PASIC®3 and QuickRAM®, along with programming hardware and design software tools.
