Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. is a Pennsylvania-based financial holding company for Quaint Oak Bank, which was originally incorporated in 1926. The company, headquartered in Southampton, Pennsylvania, shifted its focus to commercial and business customers after converting to a stock savings bank in July 2007. Quaint Oak Bank operates three banking locations: its main office in Southampton, Pennsylvania, and regional offices in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Additionally, the Bank has a mortgage office in Philadelphia and an insurance agency in Southampton, Pennsylvania. Through its subsidiary companies, Quaint Oak Bank conducts mortgage banking, multi-state specialty commercial real estate financing, and title abstract and insurance businesses. As of March 29, 2024, Quaint Oak Bank sold its 51% interest in Oakmont Capital Holdings, LLC, an equipment finance company, and discontinued the operations of Quaint Oak Real Estate, LLC, a real estate brokerage business. As of December 31, 2025, Quaint Oak Bank's primary market area includes Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties, Pennsylvania, and the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania. As of December 31, 2025, Quaint Oak Bancorp had $675.9 million of total assets, $597.3 million of total deposits, and $52.3 million of stockholders' equity, with stockholders' equity constituting 7.7% of total assets.
