QCR Holdings, Inc. is a multi-bank holding company based in Moline, Illinois, formed in February 1993 in Delaware. The company operates as a financial holding company, serving communities including the Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Des Moines/Ankeny, and Springfield. It does this through four wholly-owned banking subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the Banks, which offer full-service commercial and consumer banking, along with trust and asset management services. These subsidiaries are: Quad City Bank & Trust (QCBT), based in Bettendorf, Iowa, which started operations in 1994; Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust (CRBT), based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, which began operations in 2001; Community State Bank (CSB), based in Ankeny, Iowa, acquired in 2016; and Guaranty Bank (GB), based in Springfield, Missouri, acquired in 2018. The company also engages in direct financing lease contracts and equipment financing agreements through m2, a wholly-owned subsidiary of QCBT located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. QCR Holdings’ Commercial Banking business is organized into operating segments corresponding to these four subsidiary banks: QCBT, CRBT, CSB, and GB. QCBT, an Iowa-chartered commercial bank and Federal Reserve System member, provides commercial, correspondent, and consumer banking, plus trust and asset management services, through five offices in Bettendorf and Davenport, Iowa, and Moline, Illinois.
