Powerus

Powerus owns and operates two public golf country clubs in Florida, each featuring a golf club on over 289 acres of multi-service recreational property. These golf country clubs include two golf courses with over 13,000 yards of combined fairways, clubhouses offering food and beverage options, aquatic golf ranges, and pro shops. The golf courses are complemented by nearby waterways. Powerus's golf country clubs also host local golf leagues, golf tournaments, and private events. The "green fees" or entry fees at their golf courses are priced affordably compared to Orlando's resort area courses, making them popular, especially during the peak winter season in the greater Central Florida region. The property underlying both golf country clubs is part of and subject to the Association, a not-for-profit corporation homeowners association. Each golf country club is organized into four main business segments: golf recreation, retail golf products, and equipment and facilities rental; membership dues; food and beverage services; and ancillary services and amenities.
