Our Company is a leading integrated energy service company based in Midland, Texas, providing hydraulic fracturing, wireline, and other complementary energy and power generation services. The company serves upstream oil and gas companies engaged in the exploration and production (E&P) of North American oil and natural gas resources. Operations are primarily concentrated in the Permian Basin, where the company has established customer relationships with active E&P companies. The Permian Basin is a significant oil and natural gas producing area in the United States. In December 2024, the company formed ProPetro Energy Solutions, LLC, operating as PROPWR, which offers turnkey power generation services. PROPWR serves oil and gas producers, general industrial projects, and data centers using mobile power generation equipment installed at customer sites. This subsidiary began generating revenue in the third quarter of fiscal year 2025 and has agreements to purchase mobile natural gas-fueled power generation equipment, including turbine generator sets, reciprocating engines, auxiliary equipment, and battery energy storage solution equipment. On November 1, 2024, the company sold its cementing business in Vernal, Utah, for a promissory note of $13.0 million, recording a gain on disposal of $8.2 million. The note was fully repaid with interest in December 2025. On May 31, 2024, the company acquired Aqua Prop, LLC ("AquaProp"), which provides wet sand solutions for hydraulic fracturing at well sites.
