PureBase Corporation is a natural resource company that provides solutions to the agriculture markets in the United States. PureBase Corporation was incorporated in Nevada on March 2, 2010, as Port of Call Online, Inc., initially focusing on a web-based service for boaters. On December 23, 2014, the company reorganized and shifted its business focus to identifying, acquiring, developing, and exploiting industrial and natural mineral properties in the United States. This change was aimed at developing products for the construction and agriculture markets. In January 2015, the company changed its name to PureBase Corporation. The company's headquarters are located in Sutter Creek, California.
