We are a blank check company incorporated on September 29, 2025, as a Cayman Islands exempted company. Our purpose is to complete a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. To date, we have not selected any business combination target. Our activities have been limited to organizational tasks, activities related to our Initial Public Offering, and searching for a business combination target. We have not generated any operating revenues to date and do not expect to generate operating revenues until we complete our initial business combination. We have not selected any specific business combination target, nor have we or anyone on our behalf initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any potential target. While we currently intend to focus on target businesses in traditional sectors that can be transformed through automation and artificial intelligence, we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector, or geographical location. We intend to focus on industries that complement our Management Team's background and to capitalize on their ability to identify and acquire a business.
