Peloton integrates fitness, wellness, technology, and media through its instructors, premium hardware, innovative software, personalization, and an extensive content library. A "Member" is defined as any individual with a Peloton account through a Paid Connected Fitness Subscription or a Paid App Subscription, including Peloton App+, App One, Strength+, and Breathwrk Memberships (Peloton Apps), who has engaged in one or more workouts in the trailing 12-month period. Workout engagement is defined as completing the lesser of 50% or 10 minutes of Instructor-led classes, Scenic, and Lanebreak workouts; at least 10 minutes of any activity tracking workout (like "Just Ride," "Just Run," or "Just Row") or Peloton Entertainment workout; at least 5 minutes of any Strength+ workout with 80% of sets marked complete; or at least 10 minutes of any Breathwrk class. A "Paid Connected Fitness Subscription" refers to a person, household, or commercial property that has paid for a subscription to a Connected Fitness Product. "Paid App Subscriptions" include all subscriptions to Peloton Apps for which the company receives payment.
