Portillo's Inc. operates and controls the business of PHD Group Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries, known as Portillo's OpCo, serving iconic Chicago street food in high-energy, multichannel restaurants. The company was incorporated on June 8, 2021, to facilitate an initial public offering, and its Class A common stock trades on the Nasdaq under the symbol "PTLO." As of the fiscal year ended December 28, 2025, Portillo's owned and operated 102 restaurants across 11 states. This includes one restaurant owned by C&O Chicago, L.L.C., where Portillo's owns 50% of the equity. As of December 28, 2025, Portillo's Inc. owned 95.4% of Portillo's OpCo, with pre-IPO LLC Members holding the remaining 4.6%.
