This business includes the clonoSEQ clinical diagnostic test for clinicians and the clonoSEQ assay for biopharmaceutical partners to support drug development ("MRD Pharma"). The total addressable market for the MRD business is approximately $6.2 billion, with approximately $5.3 billion derived from clinical testing. clonoSEQ is the first test authorized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for detecting and monitoring MRD in patients with multiple myeloma (MM), B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It is also available as a CLIA-validated laboratory developed test (LDT) for other lymphoid cancers, including diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The IM business focuses on creating applications and products that connect adaptive immune responses to diseases.
