The company's principal operations consist of PGIM (its global investment management business), U.S. Businesses (comprising Retirement Strategies, Group Insurance, and Individual Life businesses), International Businesses, the Closed Block division, and Corporate and Other operations. The Closed Block division is reported separately from the Divested and Run-off Businesses included in Corporate and Other.
