PermRock Royalty Trust

PermRock Royalty Trust is a Delaware statutory trust formed on November 22, 2017, to acquire and hold a Net Profits Interest for the benefit of its unitholders. The Trust's operations are administered by a Trustee. Initially, Simmons Bank served as Trustee, with offices at 2200 West 7th Street, Suite 210, P.O. Box 470727, Fort Worth, Texas 76147, for periods prior to December 30, 2022. On November 4, 2021, Simmons Bank announced its resignation and nominated Argent Trust Company as successor trustee. Argent Trust Company, with offices at 3838 Oak Lawn Ave, Suite 1720, Dallas, Texas 75219, became the successor trustee effective December 30, 2022, and is subject to all terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement. The Trust Agreement was originally dated November 22, 2017, amended and restated on May 4, 2018, and further amended on May 6, 2022. T2S Permian Acquisitions II, LLC, as successor in interest to Boaz Energy II, LLC, acts as the trustor. Neither Boaz Energy nor T2S manages the Trust's operations, nor do they owe any fiduciary duties to the Trust or its unitholders.
