PermRock Royalty Trust

PermRock Royalty Trust is a Delaware statutory trust formed on November 22, 2017, to acquire and hold a Net Profits Interest for the benefit of its unitholders. The Trust's affairs are administered by its Trustee. Initially, Simmons Bank served as Trustee, with offices at 2200 West 7th Street, Suite 210, P.O. Box 470727, Fort Worth, Texas 76147, for periods prior to December 30, 2022. On December 30, 2022, Argent Trust Company became the successor Trustee, maintaining offices at 3838 Oak Lawn Ave, Suite 1720, Dallas, Texas 75219. The Trust Agreement, originally dated November 22, 2017, was amended and restated on May 4, 2018, and further amended on May 6, 2022. T2S Permian Acquisitions II, LLC, as successor in interest to Boaz Energy II, LLC, is the trustor. Neither Boaz Energy nor T2S manages the Trust's operations, nor do they owe any fiduciary duties to the Trust or its unitholders.
