It is regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, which insures its deposits up to applicable limits. The Bank has been a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank - San Francisco since 1956. The Bank serves consumers and small to mid-sized businesses in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. It conducts its business operations as Provident Bank and through its subsidiary, Provident Financial Corp.
