PPTA·NASDAQ·Energy & Transportation·CIK 0001526243

The Corporation acquires mining properties with the goal of exploring, evaluating, developing, and potentially bringing them into production. Its primary mineral project is the Stibnite Gold Project in Idaho, USA, which contains multiple gold, silver, and antimony mineral deposits. The Corporation is currently focused on redeveloping three specific deposits within this project: the Hangar Flats Deposit, West End Deposit, and Yellow Pine Deposit. Additionally, it plans to reprocess historical tailings located on the Project. These development activities are combined with a major restoration program to address past mining impacts in the area. The Stibnite Gold Project properties are held by the Corporation's subsidiaries and consist of a continuous package of unpatented federal lode claims, unpatented federal mill sites, patented lode mining claims, and patented mill sites. As of December 31, 2025, this land position covered approximately 28,536 acres, comprising 1,674 unpatented lode claims and mill sites, and patented land holdings. A subsidiary acquired these rights through purchases, transactions, and staking under the 1872 Mining Law, with a portion held under an option agreement. All Bureau of Land Management claim rental payments and filings are current, and the claims are in good standing. The Corporation's head office is in Boise, Idaho, U.S.A., and its registered office is in Vancouver, British Columbia.
