Pluri Inc. is a biotechnology company that uses its proprietary cell expansion platform to create scalable, cell-based solutions for the healthcare, food, and agriculture industries. Pluri Inc. has a unique three-dimensional ("3D") technology platform for cell expansion and operates an industrial-scale cell manufacturing facility that adheres to Good Manufacturing Practice ("GMP") standards on a self-declared basis. Pluri Inc. was incorporated in Nevada on May 11, 2001. It has a wholly owned subsidiary, Pluri Biotech Ltd., incorporated in Israel. In January 2020, Pluri Biotech established Pluristem GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in Germany. In November 2021, Pluri Biotech established Ever After Foods, a new subsidiary incorporated in Israel, in which Pluri Biotech holds approximately 69% of the issued and outstanding shares. In March 2024, Pluri Biotech established Coffeesai, a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in Israel. On April 28, 2025, the company acquired approximately 79% of the equity in Kokomodo, which is a majority-owned Israeli subsidiary of Pluri Biotech.
