Fidelis Insurance Group is a global specialty insurer headquartered in Bermuda, with offices in Ireland and the United Kingdom. The Group consists of a holding company, Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited (FIHL), incorporated on August 22, 2014, and its three main operating subsidiaries: Fidelis Insurance Bermuda Limited (FIBL), Fidelis Underwriting Limited (FUL), and Fidelis Insurance Ireland DAC (FIID). The Group also has a service company, FIHL (UK) Services Limited, with an Irish branch, and a Lloyd's corporate member, Nameco (No 1404) Limited, established on May 22, 2024, as a wholly owned subsidiary of FIBL, to support its participation in Lloyd's Syndicate 3123's underwriting. The Group began underwriting in June 2015. On January 3, 2023, Fidelis reorganized into two distinct companies: Fidelis Insurance Group and TFP. TFP is a separate, privately held company that manages certain origination and underwriting activities for Fidelis Insurance Group. This structure allows Fidelis Insurance Group to focus on capital management and portfolio optimization while utilizing TFP's underwriting expertise. In July 2023, FIHL became a publicly traded company on the NYSE.
