PHINIA Inc. is a Delaware corporation incorporated in 2023 that develops, designs, and manufactures integrated components and systems. These products are engineered to optimize performance, increase efficiency, and reduce emissions in combustion and hybrid propulsion systems. The company serves commercial vehicles and industrial applications, including medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks, buses, and other off-highway construction, marine, agricultural, and aerospace and defense vehicles.
