Its main subsidiary is Peapack Private Bank & Trust, a state-chartered commercial bank founded in 1921, which changed its name from Peapack-Gladstone Bank effective January 1, 2025. Peapack Private operates through a branch network in Somerset, Morris, Hunterdon, and Union counties, and private banking locations in Bedminster, Morristown, Princeton, and Teaneck, New Jersey, as well as New York City and Long Island. The bank offers services through its private wealth management, commercial private banking, retail private banking, and residential lending divisions, alongside online platforms.
