We are a Canada-based provider of smart farming solutions and an emerging participant in bio-engineering. We focus on vertical and hydroponic farming, greenhouse farming, and precision fermentation technologies. Before our initial public offering in April 2025, we mainly served individual households and community groups with hydroponic growing systems and planting services through our Farming as a Service ("FaaS") model. After the IPO, we shifted our main focus to commercial clients, providing businesses with community-scale hardware, professional planting, and maintenance services. This change has significantly increased revenue from commercial customers, though we still serve individual households and community groups. Our hydroponic growing systems include sensors, growing trays, racks, growing baskets, light panels, water tanks, and consumables like seeds, grow sponges, and nutrient solutions. We also offer advice, agricultural data intelligence, controllable data applications for managing growing conditions, environmental design consulting, equipment installation, and ongoing agricultural technical support. Beyond smart farming, we are expanding into bio-engineering, specifically developing biological proteins using precision fermentation technologies. In November 2025, we began using high-quality agricultural products as inputs for bio-engineering and set up two bio-engineering laboratories, one in Hong Kong and one in Canada, for testing, base material extraction, and early-stage protein synthesis. In April 2026, we also signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to explore developing an open yeast platform for research and collaboration. Our main products and services include PFAI Model Series hydroponic growing systems and FaaS subscription packages. Some growing systems have off-the-shelf sensors that collect data on the vegetable growth environment, such as light, temperature, electricity usage, nutrient solution concentration, carbon dioxide content, and humidity.
