Peoples Bancorp Inc. is a financial holding company, organized in 1980, operating primarily through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Peoples Bank, an Ohio state-chartered bank established in 1902. Its other wholly-owned operating subsidiary is Peoples Investment Company ("PIC"). Peoples also holds common securities of NB&T Statutory Trust III, FNB Capital Trust One, Ascencia Statutory Trust I, and Porter Statutory Trusts II-IV. Peoples Bank's operating subsidiaries include Peoples Insurance Agency, LLC ("Peoples Insurance") and Vantage Financial, LLC ("Vantage"), which provides equipment financing nationwide. Peoples offers a full range of commercial and consumer banking, trust and investment, insurance, premium financing solutions, equipment leases, and equipment financing agreements through Peoples Bank, Peoples Insurance, and Vantage. These services include various deposit accounts (demand, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, governmental deposits), commercial loans, residential real estate loans, home equity lines of credit, consumer loans, and overdraft services. They also provide insurance premium financing, commercial and technology equipment financing, debit and ATM cards, credit cards for individuals and businesses, and merchant credit card transaction processing. Payment processing services include Zelle®, FedNow®, and Real-Time Payments®. Mobile banking features include check deposit, alerts, Apple Pay®, and Samsung Pay®. Other services include interactive teller machines ("ITMs"), safe deposit rentals, money orders, and cashier's checks. Peoples Insurance offers life, health, and property and casualty insurance products, along with third-party insurance administration. Trust and investment services include brokerage, fiduciary and trust services, asset management, and employee benefit, retirement, and healthcare plan administration. Peoples' financial products and services are primarily available through its financial service offices, ATMs, and ITMs in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, as well as online and mobile platforms. Premium financing and commercial and technology equipment financing services are offered nationwide.
