PCS Edventures!, Inc. is an Idaho corporation that was originally formed on August 3, 1994, as "PCS Education Systems, Inc." The company changed its name to "PCS Edventures!.com, Inc." on March 27, 2000, and then to its current name, "PCS Edventures!, Inc.," on August 31, 2015. On February 18, 2016, the company completed an asset purchase of Thrust-UAV, a privately-held company specializing in drone technology. On March 27, 2017, PCS Edventures!, Inc. terminated its duty to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Effective December 31, 2017, the company experienced a change in executive leadership when its Executive Vice President, Director, and highest-ranking operations officer resigned after over 20 years of tenure. On January 1, 2018, Michael J. Bledsoe, who was then Vice President and Treasurer and a Director, was appointed to oversee operations. He was promoted to President on April 23, 2018, a position he currently holds. Todd R. Hackett remains the Chairman of the Board and CEO. The company's Board of Directors decided to register its common stock under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to become a "fully-reporting" entity with the Commission again, citing improved financial condition and a desire to enhance reporting quality for shareholders.
