Production managers and product supervisors oversee third-party manufacturers through inspections, periodical on-site visits, and reviews to ensure compliance with manufacturing agreements and the use of specified raw materials. Any unauthorized raw material parts constitute a breach of agreement. While manufacturing prices are agreed upon in advance, third-party manufacturers bear raw material price fluctuations. Manufacturing master agreements typically renew automatically annually. The company works with multiple manufacturers and does not rely on a single source. To mitigate concentration risks, different third-party manufacturers are assigned to various PCWL series models and different manufacturing processes. For new PCWL device models, both existing and new manufacturers are invited to a project bidding process to secure competitive offers.
