Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. is an energy company based in Houston, Texas, that provides renewable and conventional fuels to the western United States. The company operates through three primary segments. The Refining segment owns and operates four refineries with a total operating crude oil throughput capacity of 219 Mbpd. These refineries, located in Kapolei, Hawaii, Newcastle, Wyoming, Tacoma, Washington, and Billings, Montana, convert crude oil into gasoline, distillate, asphalt, and other products, serving Hawaii and areas from Washington state to the Dakotas and Wyoming. The Retail segment operates fuel retail outlets in Hawaii, Washington, and Idaho, including convenience stores and fuel retail sites under the "Hele" and "nomnom" brands, "76" branded fuel retail sites, and other third-party operated sites selling gasoline, diesel, and retail merchandise. This segment also operates unattended cardlock stations. The Logistics segment operates a multi-modal network across the Pacific, Northwest, and Rocky Mountain regions. This network includes an SPM in Hawaii, a unit train-capable rail loading terminal in Washington, and other terminals, pipelines, trucking operations, marine vessels, storage facilities, loading and truck racks, and rail facilities for moving petroleum, refined products, and ethanol within the Hawaiian islands, between the U.S. West Coast and Hawaii, and in areas from Washington state to the Dakotas and Wyoming. As of December 31, 2025, the company owned a 46% equity investment in Laramie Energy, LLC. As of December 31, 2025, it owned a 65% equity investment in Yellowstone Energy Limited Partnership and a 40% equity investment in Yellowstone Pipeline Company. As of December 31, 2025, the company also held a 63.5% ownership interest in Hawaii Renewables, LLC. The Corporate and Other segment primarily includes general and administrative costs.
