We are a blank check company incorporated as an exempted company under the laws of the Cayman Islands on August 28, 2024. Our purpose is to complete an initial business combination, which may include a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar transaction with one or more businesses or entities. While we may consider acquisition opportunities in any business, industry, sector, or geographical location, we intend to focus on industries that align with our management team's and board of directors' background and network. Specifically, we aim to capitalize on our team's ability to identify and acquire a business, with a focus on the healthcare or healthcare-related industries. To date, our activities have been limited to organizational efforts, those related to our initial public offering, and, following the closing of our initial public offering, searching for a business combination target. We have not yet selected any specific business combination target. We have not generated any operating revenues to date and do not anticipate generating operating revenues until we complete our initial business combination. Our management team possesses extensive experience in areas such as the healthcare sector, financial services, capital markets, special purpose acquisition companies, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and leadership roles in publicly traded firms.
