Old Second Bancorp, Inc. is a Delaware corporation organized in 1981, serving as the bank holding company for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Old Second National Bank. Old Second National Bank is a national banking association headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, operating 55 banking centers across Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, and Will counties in Illinois. The company conducts a full-service community banking and trust business through the Bank and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. These subsidiaries include Old Second Affordable Housing Fund, L.L.C., which provides down payment assistance for home ownership to qualified individuals; Station I, LLC, Station II, LLC, and Station III, LLC, which hold property acquired through foreclosure or debt collection; and River Street Advisors, LLC, formed in May 2010 to provide investment advisory/management services.
