Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. is a financial holding company that provides banking and financial advisory services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Orrstown Bank. The company operates primarily in south central Pennsylvania, specifically in Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Perry, and York Counties, and in Maryland, including Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Harford, Howard, and Washington Counties, as well as Baltimore City. Its lending area also extends to counties in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and West Virginia within a 75-mile radius of its executive offices, and the District of Columbia. Orrstown Bank was organized in 1919. On July 1, 2024, the company merged with Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc., and Orrstown Bank merged with PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company, with Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. and Orrstown Bank as the surviving entities. This transaction, valued at $233.4 million, expanded the Bank's presence into the York, Pennsylvania market and increased its market penetration in existing areas. As of December 31, 2025, the company reported total assets of $5.5 billion, total deposits of $4.5 billion, and total shareholders' equity of $591.5 million.
