Optex Systems Holdings Inc

We manufacture optical sighting systems and assemblies for the U.S. Department of Defense ("DoD"), foreign military applications, commercial markets, and consumer markets. Our products are installed on U.S. military land vehicles, including the Abrams and Bradley fighting vehicles, light armored and advanced security vehicles, and the Stryker family of vehicles. We also produce and deliver various periscope configurations, rifle and surveillance sights, and night vision optical assemblies. Our products are primarily custom-built based on customer specifications and are delivered directly to armed services and other defense prime contractors. Less than 1% of our revenue comes from reselling products largely manufactured by others, typically simple replacement parts for larger systems we previously produced. On December 5, 2025, the Board of Directors appointed Chad George, the Company's President, as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 20, 2025. Mr. George, 48, has been President since August 11, 2025, and previously worked for 20 years in senior operations and supply chain roles within the defense sector.
