We are a diversified healthcare company. Our pharmaceutical business includes NGENLA ® (somatrogon-ghla), also known as Somatrogon (hGH-CTP), a once-weekly human growth hormone injection. We have partnered with Pfizer Inc. for its development and commercialization. Somatrogon (hGH-CTP) is approved in over 50 markets globally, including the United States, European Union Member States, Japan, Canada, and Australia, for treating growth disturbance in children and adolescents aged three years and older due to insufficient growth hormone secretion. We also manufacture and sell Rayaldee, an FDA-approved treatment for secondary hyperparathyroidism in adults with stage 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease and vitamin D insufficiency. Rayaldee is authorized in 11 European countries, and we are developing it in mainland China with strategic partners. Our subsidiary, ModeX Therapeutics, Inc., is a biotechnology company developing multi-specific immune therapies for cancer and infectious diseases, with an early-stage pipeline in immuno-oncology and infectious diseases. We operate revenue-generating pharmaceutical platforms in Spain, Ireland, Chile, and Mexico. Our Irish subsidiary, EirGen Pharma, Ltd., develops and supplies high-potency oral solid dose pharmaceutical products, exporting to over 60 countries. Our diagnostics business, BioReference Health, LLC, is a specialized laboratory in the United States, now focused on core clinical testing and high-value specialty products.
