Ohmyhome is a property technology platform that provides a range of property services and solutions. The company's history began in 2015 when Ms. Rhonda Wong and Ms. Race Wong established Ohmyhome (S) to offer a self-served platform for users to list and search homes. Since then, it has expanded into a comprehensive one-stop-shop, covering brokerage services and emerging and other services. These additional services include home renovation and furnishing, listing and research, mortgage referral, legal services, and insurance referral services. The Company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on July 19, 2022, as an exempted company with limited liability. On August 23, 2022, its authorized share capital was US$500,000, divided into 500,000,000 Ordinary Shares, each with a par value of US$0.001. Ohmyhome (S) was the holding company prior to the Group's reorganization. Its wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore are Ohmyhome (R), Ohmyhome (I), Cora.Pro, and DreamR. Ohmyhome (S) also holds a 49% interest in Ohmyhome (M) and an indirect 24% interest in Ohmyhome (RL) through its 49% interest in Ohmyhome (M). Ohmyhome (BVI) was incorporated in the BVI on July 27, 2022, with limited liability and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. As of November 30, 2022, Anthill and Other Existing Shareholders transferred 100% of Ohmyhome (S)'s issued share capital to Ohmyhome (BVI), receiving 14,999,999 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
