OneMain Holdings, Inc. (OMH) is a publicly held financial service holding company that, along with its wholly-owned direct subsidiary OneMain Finance Corporation (OMFC), offers nonprime consumers responsible access to credit. The company provides origination, underwriting, and servicing of consumer loans, which include personal loans and auto finance. OneMain also offers secured auto financing at the point of purchase and credit card products, specifically BrightWay credit cards, through a third-party bank partner from whom they purchase receivable balances. Additionally, the company offers optional products and a customer-focused financial wellness platform called Trim by OneMain. OneMain services loans that it owns and also loans owned by third parties. At December 31, 2025, the company had $24.8 billion of finance receivables due from approximately 3.6 million customer accounts. At the same date, they had $26.3 billion of managed receivables due from approximately 3.8 million customer accounts. OneMain operates through a branch network of more than 1,300 locations, complemented by digital lending and servicing capabilities, central operations staff, and a network of franchise and independent auto dealerships.
