Since acquiring Echo DCL, LLC in September 2020, the company has gained more control over manufacturing and expanded its product offerings to include wood Modules. In March 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company increased its focus on providing Modules as healthcare facilities for deployable medical response solutions. In February 2023, the company agreed with The Peoples Health Care in Glendale, California, in conjunction with Teamsters Local 848, to deliver four Modules for medical services to union members.
