OIO Group

OIO Group is a holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. As a holding company, OIO Group conducts all operations through its Singapore-incorporated operating entity, ESA. ESA is a waste management, treatment, and recycling company that collects and recycles hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste. Its customers include pharmaceutical, semiconductor, petrochemical, and electroplating companies. ESA has two revenue streams. The first is services income, primarily from fees charged for waste collection and disposal services. The second is from the sales and trading of its circular products. These products are made and processed from the recycled waste collected from customers. ESA's business model is based on the principle that waste is a resource to be reused, repurposed, and recirculated, differentiating it from traditional waste industry participants who primarily generate income from collection, destruction, and disposal. ESA's business operations utilize renewable energy and by-products from its waste treatment process to reduce operating costs. Its primary focus is converting and processing industrial waste into circular products. These products include pyrolysis oil, diesel, metals such as nickel, zinc, copper, silver, and gold, minerals such as lime (calcium hydroxide) and fluorspar (calcium fluoride), and chemicals such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and calcium chloride. ESA sells these circular products to local and international end users, traders, or overseas refiners for commercial use or further processing, including manufacturing and galvanizing.
