Orthofix Medical Inc. is a global medical technology company headquartered in Lewisville, Texas. The company provides medical technologies designed to heal musculoskeletal pathologies, offering solutions to patients worldwide. Orthofix's product portfolio includes spinal hardware, bone growth therapies, limb reconstruction solutions, biologics, and enabling technologies, such as the 7D FLASH Navigation System. The company was founded in Verona, Italy in 1980 and formally incorporated in 1987 in Curaçao as "Orthofix International N.V." In 2018, Orthofix changed its jurisdiction of organization from Curaçao to the State of Delaware and its name to "Orthofix Medical Inc." In January 2023, Orthofix completed an all-stock merger with SeaSpine Holdings Corporation, acquiring SeaSpine. As a result of this merger, each share of SeaSpine common stock was converted into 0.4163 shares of Orthofix common stock. Following the merger, Orthofix's common stock continued to trade on NASDAQ under the symbol "OFIX".
