Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is one of the largest North American less-than-truckload ("LTL") motor carriers. The Company provides regional, inter-regional, and national LTL services through a single integrated, union-free organization. These services, which include expedited transportation, are delivered through an expansive network of service centers across the continental United States. Through strategic alliances, Old Dominion also offers LTL services throughout North America. Beyond its core LTL services, the Company provides value-added services such as container drayage, truckload brokerage, and supply chain consulting. Historically, over 98% of Old Dominion's revenue has come from transporting LTL shipments. Customer demand for these services is generally linked to industrial production and the overall health of the U.S. domestic economy. Over the past ten years, the Company has grown its revenue and customer base primarily through organic market share growth. Old Dominion's infrastructure supports service across all regions of the continental United States. As of December 31, 2025, the Company operated a total of 260 service centers, having opened a net 16 and 35 service centers over the past five and ten years, respectively, in addition to renovations, expansions, and relocations of existing centers.
