Oriental Culture Holding LTD is an online provider of collectible and artwork e-commerce services. The company facilitates trading of collectibles, artwork, and certain commodities for individual and institutional customers on its online platform, which is owned by its subsidiary, China International Assets and Equity of Artworks Exchange Limited, in Hong Kong. Operations commenced in March 2018. The company also provides online and offline integrated marketing, storage, and technical maintenance services to customers in China. Oriental Culture Holding LTD is a holding company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands on November 29, 2018. It owns 100% of the equity interest in Oriental Culture Development LTD ("Oriental Culture BVI"), incorporated on December 6, 2018, under the laws of British Virgin Islands. Through Oriental Culture BVI, it owns 100% of the equity interest in HK Oriental Culture Investment Development Limited ("Oriental Culture HK"), formed on January 3, 2019, under the laws of Hong Kong. Through Oriental Culture HK, it directly owns 100% of the equity interest in Nanjing Rongke Business Consulting Service Co., Ltd. (the "WFOE" or "Nanjing Rongke"), a wholly-owned PRC subsidiary. The company terminated its Variable Interest Entity (VIE) agreements and dismantled the VIE structure with Jiangsu Yanggu on November 11, 2025, and Jiangsu Yanggu is no longer a VIE or consolidated entity.
